Acceptance of These Terms
Thank you for using Ask Nithyananda AI (“Service”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ask Nithyananda AI, including any related websites, applications, tools, or content (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Kailasa’s Nithyananda AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
Who May Use the Services
You must be at least thirteen (13) years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. If you are under eighteen (18) years old, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

AI Output and Limitations
The Services generate responses using artificial intelligence models based on the inputs you provide. Outputs are generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or reflect interpretations that differ from authoritative sources.
You understand and agree that Outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any Output.
Content Ownership
You retain any rights you have in the content you submit to the Services (“Input”). Subject to applicable law, you may use the content generated by the Services (“Output”) for your own lawful purposes.
Because of the nature of artificial intelligence, similar or identical Outputs may be generated for different users, and you do not receive exclusive ownership over any ideas, expressions, or concepts contained in the Output.
Intellectual Property
Except for your Input and permitted use of Output, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including the software, models, designs, text, logos, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our name, branding, or logos in a manner that suggests endorsement or official association without prior written permission.
Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services, tools, or platforms. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of those third parties.
Termination and Suspension
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, that your use poses a risk to others or to the Services, or that we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease immediately. We are not obligated to retain or provide access to content after termination, except as required by law.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content will always be available or preserved.
Limitation of Liability

General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so later.
