• Provide accurate information about satsangs and programs
• Assist users with translations and subtitles
• Help new users set up and manage their accounts
• Offer guidance on donations and billing questions

Anyone with a sincere desire to serve can join. No prior technical or spiritual background is required — only willingness, compassion, and consistency.
